Seabay did an excellent job of…delivering my crates
Seabay did an excellent job of transporting my goods from China to the US. The shipment was punctual and was transported from door to door. Sandra Su oversaw the shipment of my crates and was always very communicative with the process and super friendly and helpful. I ship from Jingdezhen to Los Angeles which is complicated and will always use their service in the future. Their shipping prices are also competitive so I am completely satisfied.

Excellent Service at a Reasonable Price
We received friendly and professional service at a very reasonable price. The response time was quick, and the team showed great professionalism throughout. After comparing around five logistics companies, we chose this one because of its long history and large-scale operations. The staff worked efficiently, and the shipping costs were among the lowest we found.

This was my first experience working with Seabay. Excellent service!
This was my first experience working with Seabay, but they did not disappoint in any way. For several weeks I was sending them questions and asking for quotes, and they answered each and every one of my emails without delay. When I eventually did make my booking the whole operation went very smoothly and I was regularly kept up to date at every step. I could not recommend them enough.
