Auto-generated from all reviews of this business. For reference only. The product is great, unfortunately I had to settle for what I got because I was informed after my purchase that what I ordered was out of stock...
Great news- we did get the Adjustable style back in stock! Please look for an email from Stacey about this. Thank you!
Fast shipped, 100% fits in the seat belt in our Mitsubishi
Thank you so much; we're so glad to help you buckle up safely!
I initially had an issue but it was resolved by an outstanding customer service representative. I now have the correct extender for my vehicle and it works perfectly.
Thank you so much! I looked to see who provided such service; I will be sure to let Jaimee know about this. Thanks again!
I ordered 2 backseat extenders for my Subaru. One works fine, the other doesn’t latch well.
Hi, Drew- thanks for reaching out about this. We'll email you directly so that we can figure out what happened here. Please look for an email from Stacey.
Apparently my Canadian F150 is different than the USA counter part. You asked for photos and the VIN number then you got back to me in a couple of days and you don’t have one for my truck. You refunded my money and told me to keep the extender. I am 100% happy with your customer service
Thank you so much for your kind words! While we're sorry we didn't have an extender for your specific Canadian F-150, we're glad our team could quickly confirm that, keep you informed throughout the process, and make things right with a refund. Providing honest guidance and great customer service is always our priority, and we truly appreciate your support!
Glad to hear!
I bought 2 seat belt extenders to work better attaching two rear child car seat connections. I had to swap them around as one of the extenders only latched on one particular seat belt bases. There is also a lot of play, (loose tolerance) once they are latched.
We're sorry to hear this. That's certainly not the experience we want you to have. We take feedback like this seriously and would like to investigate further to better understand what happened. We'll be reaching out directly to gather more information and help find the best solution for you.
It took a long time to get the seat belt extenders and the cost was extreme. They work perfectly for short people, not so for average and tall people.
