I am reviewing a one-way transportation service from the Four Seasons hotel in downtown Seattle WA to the Seattle airport on July 12, 2024. Everything was PERFECT! The vehicle (an SUV) was in immaculate condition and chauffeur Mr. Vlad was absolutely professional. Mr. Baktash (dispatcher) was inredibly responsive from booking to time of service. Highly recommended.
Alena was on time and very pleasant. The limo was clean and comfortable.
Arrived on time! The best driver, very professional couldn’t ask for better service! Highly recommend! From start to finish
Our driver was on time and very helpful and nice. We had a great conversation about local attractions to see that may be off the beaten path that you may not think about. Which made our vacation even more memorable being able to see something additional. Our vehicle was very spacious and clean. Our driver unloaded our bags and did not want our help. A very courteous driver.
Driver was on time and communicated great. Car was very clean, comfortable and held all 5 of us plus 6 bags with ease. So easy from reservation to pick up. Would definitely recommend and use again.
Our plane was late but STS driver, Nate, pick us up promptly. Very dependable service.
Due to holiday weekend STS called and recommneded an earlier pick up. What a difference that made. Driver was on time. Car was super clean and smooth ride. Thank you so much. See you on the flip side
On time (to the minute), friendly, efficient, and arrived at airport safe and sound…in plenty of time to make flights … and relax.
Great service! Very friendly, professional, and on time. Car was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely use their service again.
The pickup was on time and my driver was great. Got to my destination on time
The driver, Ark, was early. He was super nice and we had a good conversation. The car was very clean and he dropped me off close to the wheelchair waiting area as I requested. I would book with STS again in the future.
Absolutely wonderful ! Safe and quick ride with an even better driver! Clean car and great service. 10/10 recommend!!
On time, very relaxing music, safe, steady driving, great vehicle, and driver was quiet and very pleasant.
Totally professional, prompt, on time. The driver was courteous, friendly and drove very safely.
It was easy to book online and they were very accommodating when I switched the dates for pick up. The driver was very courteous and helpful. He arrived early and was ready once we had all of our bags. After traveling for almost a day, we appreciated the care and service provided to get us home.
Great service - Seattle STS Town Car has reliable, well-maintained cars, and professional, safe, courteous drivers who understand their passengers' concerns going to, and being retrieved from, the airport. Drivers arrive early and do a great job of communicating via text, email, and mobile phone. Outstanding!
We’ve been using STS for years for airport pick up and drop offs and we love them! No stress about getting to and from safely. Baktash and team are always on top of things and we highly recommend them for any transport needs.
