For the price charged for shipping postage the item should have been sent 1st class mail. 9 days to receive item is excessive IMO. Packaging was good & post office didn't destroy it for once. Cannot find "calendar year" large monthly planner locally. Your online price was triple what I normally pay. Sad practice for many sellers.

I was pleased with the planner I got from your company before. It was organized, it had all of the sections that I like to have in my planners and I really appreciate the larger print. However, when I was picking out the cover design, it didn’t have the floral design that I picked out. Instead I was disappointed that it was a black patterned cover. I am using it anyway because everything else about it is good and I didn’t want to take the time and energy to return it. I’ll just have to make sure next time that has the cover I want.

My calendar came into my mailbox today. I love this calendar. It has room for every appointment, address and all. This calendar should be bought by every senior! So helpful when keeping track of doctors' appointments and larger print is awesome.
