Not a good experience. I purchased a knife sharpener for more than $30. It's not worth more than $5. It's junk. When I complained, I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee, and that I would have to pay for shipping. They get you because there is no guarantee you will be happy with their product, and you can't return it without being penalized.

Product is exceptional, tremendous quality and value. Only negative is they ship USPS but won't ship to PO Boxes. My main residence is Idyllwild, CA where we do not get mail delivery at individual houses, area is too rural. Hence we all have PO Boxes. Other than their shipping policies tis is a great company with stellar product. This was my second purchase from Seido.

I got 17 knives set at very good price, very fast shipping, also my wife very happy to use them, knives looks so good, so sharp, pleasure to with them. Only one thing you can take into consideration: block itself will be better looking if color matches to knives color. Thank you very much for really good stuff.

Mystery Knife was fun, glad I received a well crafted, extremely sharp filet knife. Used it the day I got it to fabricate some chicken, and the knife did all the work. Clean cuts, like butter!
