Great way to sell your unwanted used games without the hassle of asking to sign for a membership and all that nonsense! Get your quote and they provide the shipping label at no extra charge.. mail it in and get your money! They provide you with a variety of ways to receive payment like check, venmo, etc. so very user friendly!
The whole process went smoothly
The whole process went smoothly! I sent my items using the prepaid label and in less than a week, the items arrived, were inspected, and money was sent to my Venmo account. I also included a PS controller that I thought was included with the console quote but they paid me extra for it.

Not cool
Not cool! My quote was for over 300.00 they claim broken console missing cords anything to not pay you. I put in extra things to see if they caught it I'm missing controllers man the weight of my package reflects what I sent. I walked into the post office and employee took my package weighed it she taped it because my post office is the best. I ran out! Of tape. and I even put cords and small items in separate boxes and placed them inside the box. 14 bucks for a snes 1st series no way man. I tested them my self. dk oldys never did me like you. I'll never send to you again. With this address as your idaho warehouse I should have known NOTICE NO PHONE NUMBER to speak with anyone

Please note that we do have our deduction reasons clearly outlined on our site, and in reviewing the quote we sent I see that we included items not in the original quote and updated mislisted items to higher value models/games when applicable. I'm very sorry that some items arrived defective. It is possible something happened in transit, but we were unfortunately unable to get them to work on our end. I see we attempted to work with you to get those items sent back but ultimately agreed upon a payout. I also apologize that items you're sure you sent did not arrive. Please reach out; we've had cases where packages were damaged and lost in transit, and we are happy to work with you to investigate weight discrepancies upon shipping and arrival.
