This was one of the best experiences…
This was one of the best experiences I've had with setting up a new system for my business. The call came through quick after I set up my account and Parth was a delight to work with. He heard and answered all my questions, got clarity where needed, and was able to show me extra things that I wouldn't have thought of. This was one step on an upgrade to my current business, and during a move, felt onerous. Parth made it feel less so. I have been using this app for over 10 years in my small business. On morning i wake up and can't log in. I do my basic troubleshooting, nothing. I reached out to help desk and Siddika answered the call. she worked continuously for over a day. I'd occasionally check in and felt like she was my voice for those in the back to fix the issue. I was going to grieve this breakup if it wasn't fix. thanks again Siddika for getting back to booking more appointments.
