When I ordered body repair balm I accidentally put in the wrong zip code so it was sent back. I got a call from Mike informing me of it being sent back. I gave him the correct zip code and he sent it back out and didn't charge me shipping. I really am glad that this company actually seems to care about customers. I haven't ever had someone call me to get anything reshipped

What a relief....Really love their product got introduced during BWR event in San Marcos with a sample now I bought one for myself and my BIL with back problem. As an avid cyclist I constantly beat up my body, so far the 1000mg balm has been the bomb in getting me back... I did try another CBD tincture (popular in cycling) form another brand which didn't quite help me as much as this brand....
