Salvatore did new construction inspection and gave me lots of worthy advice and insights that I haven’t considered before. His pricing is beyond reasonable and I now recommend him to all of my friends and colleagues!

Thanks!
Sal is always professional and informative when conducting a home inspection. He not only checks all systems and the condition of the home thoroughly, but makes it a point to inform the prospective homeowners of various features in the home and maintenance they should perform on an ongoing basis.
VERY thorough
VERY thorough. After the inspection, I felt prepared to negotiate with the seller, as well as what a future in the house would look like. The inspection report was complete very soon after the actual inspection and contained a ton of detail.
Best service!
Sal was extremely professional while our condo coop inspection. He did not rush through the inspection or his verbal explanations of the intricate electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. It was obvious he has years of experience and it shows in the quality of his work and his great communication skills. It was a pleasure working with him.
Salvatore was friendly
Salvatore was friendly, cordial, and efficient. A huge asset to your team. We did the home inspection before we confirmed an agent. Of the 3 agents, we interviewed all 3 use and highly recommend Sevens Inspections.
Strongly recommended!
Salvatore was very thorough in his thermal imaging inspection and took the time to answer our questions and make sure we understand his explanations. He walked us around to show us important things to know about our house (shut off valves, etc) was priceless. Highly recommended!
Definitely the best experience!
Very solid, professional, attentive, and detailed inspection. Rates were absolutely reasonable. I definitely felt they go the extra mile for their clients. I hired them to inspect my son’s first home, wanting no further unexpected surprises. They did exactly what we needed. The report we have got deserves a separate review.
