I apparently bought the wrong size item and when I realized it, I began the return process. It was very easy and the turnaround time for my replacement item was super fast! I LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT SHAPELLX. I will definitely be referring others to shop.

Misleading Advertising and Product Performance Concerns
I am extremely disappointed with the misleading advertising for your products. The shapewear promoted in your Facebook video, including the butt pads, did not perform as advertised. It failed to smooth and support hanging fat, and it did not provide the enhanced, natural-looking curves shown in your promotional video.
To make matters worse, once the product has been worn and you discover it doesn’t work as promised, you do not offer a refund. Customers should not be left paying for products that do not match the claims made in your advertisements.
I am also disappointed with the bra that was advertised to reduce back fat. Instead of providing a smooth, flattering appearance, it pushed my breasts together, making them look bunched up and unnatural, while doing little to improve the appearance of back fat.
I believe your advertising creates unrealistic expectations that your products simply do not deliver. I hope you will take responsibility for these misleading claims and reconsider your refund policy for customers who purchase products based on your advertised results.

Requesting cancellation immediately after the order was placed did not stop it from shipping. The order was submitted automatically while I was checking coupon codes, and I was never given the opportunity to review or confirm my purchase before it was processed.
I was then assured that the return and refund process would be “hassle-free,” but my experience has been the exact opposite. I had to wait for approval just to return the item, and then I was informed that I would incur additional charges if I wanted it picked up from my home. I also explained that I have a disability, so traveling to return locations is not always possible. Even if I take it to one of the limited approved return locations, I am still expected to pay to return an item I attempted to cancel immediately.
This entire experience has been frustrating, misleading, and extremely disappointing. I did everything I reasonably could to cancel an order that was placed without a final review or confirmation, yet I am now being penalized with fees and unnecessary obstacles. At this point, I genuinely feel like I’ve been scammed.

The delivery time was excellent however I'm not thrilled w bathing suit. I'll keep it because i feel it will be a hazel to return.
