My experience with Shootday was outstanding. I was scheduled to deliver a keynote speech to over 1000 people, so I really wanted to make sure I had the videography set up and not have to worry about a thing. I had never used Shootday, but after my experience with them, they will be the ones that I call in any city that I am speaking in. I highly recommend them. They are very responsive, they were flexible with certain needs I had, and they were regularly wanting to make sure I was satisfied and happy with their services. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for photography or videography services!

We recently partnered with Shootday to deliver headshots across 14 of our global office locations within a 24-hour period, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Each location had different requirements, varying employee numbers, and unique scheduling needs, which could have easily become complex. Mateo managed the entire process seamlessly. I first found Shootday just through a simple google search. It almost seemed too good to be true.. and it wasn't! We contracted shootday for three events all over the country. We worked with Mateo who was wonderful. He contacted me right away when I first requested the quote and from there, we worked together for over two months. He was always quick at responding, and quick to solve problems that I caused. Always kind and even offered phone calls for quick solutions and communication. 10/10 recommend using shootday. Even if you are not a large corp, like us, they will do a fabulous job for your event. Don't think twice, great prices and great customer service. Reach out now!

What made my experience great from start to finish was the responsiveness, transparency, professionalism and clarity. Mateo did an amazing job responding to my questions and providing clear and detailed information. Arnold (photographer) was professional, communicative and arrived on time. He periodically checked in with me throughout the event and provided information on how he was going to execute the shoot. Arnold ensured that all of my shoot list requests were met and provided additional edited photos. He also followed up with me after the event and gave me a timeline of when to expect the finish product, which was a very quick turnaround time. Area of opportunities I think would improve the operation would be to inform the client if an additional hour was needed at the event to capture photos needed. I signed the contract for a certain amount of hours and at the end, had to pay an additional hour that was not contracted. Another opportunity post-event would be to check with the client to confirm they have received the photo file. The email that was sent to me never made it to my inbox and I had to reach out to the photographer for him to follow-up with Shootday. What would have mitigated the issue was someone from Shootday could have called me and confirm if they have not received a response. I waited an extra couple of days thinking that the photos were still being edited while it was actually completed 24 hours post-event. The pricing is also very steep for the service. I think if there was a booking promotion and pricing for scale of event/photos needed, that would be more attractive for future booking.

Shootday was amazing to work with. I needed corporate headshots and "plandids" for our team, and they made the process super smooth, with a lot of clear communication throughout. The photographer they sent was super efficient, but didn't make the process feel rushed, and the final edited shots came in super quickly and looked amazing!

I was in an impossible time crunch- 2 days out from when I needed filming done and Khalil was able to find us someone somehow! The videographer that he set us up with name is Chris and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very easy to work with, got the exact shots we wanted, and did beyond expectation b-roll shots of our products. Very happy with the both of them. Khalil was also an incredible communicator throughout the entire process.
