I wanted to buy the silver Morgan and peace set on sale half off and was told 4 sets left,so I bought the set on may 13th, 30 min later I called back with a question and found out no silver coins, sold out of the morgan and peace silver dollar half off. I am not a happy buyer. Bad inventory!

Virtually everything is top flight in terms of the inventory, the presentations are the most elegant I’ve seen. The egalitarian and respectful representation of both the PCGS AND NGC galaxies are beautifully coupled side by side. The pedigrees are Advance Release and First Day of Issue on most, and the grading is flawless PR 70 and pf70 respectively. But so what? Exactly. Now the most key part. The most precious asset of any entity is NOT their inventory; not their P/L sheet; not the gorgeous book assembled by leadership; it’s right here on my coffee table; just top flight. No that most precious asset is your/their people. It starts from the top; here it’s Stephen Pfeil, a widely recognized numismatic authority, and one who has literally cultivated a family of team members that reflect his core mission, but more importantly his core values and ethical compass. Case in point? Global Coin’s Ashlee is not only among the most informed and authoritative experts I’ve ever interacted with, she is also one who provides seamless communications, picks up the phone and is a real person. If that wasn’t enough, she is warm, authentic, kind, never pushy or punitive and is not selling the specimen (they sell themselves) nor its cost code. No no no. Not this one. Instead she is supportive, responsive and beyond fair. Fair? Yes fair. She will look at your interests and either build an offer with considerable value, and/or receive your offer, with which she will then confer w leadership about what can be done. The team at Global is second to none. But here’s the unexpected aspect. The customer is also part of the team. While we are the downstream recipient of the last step of a numismatic acquisition, Global cares about our experience from website, numismatic treasure identification, invoice and payment to rapid shipping and receipt. Doesn’t stop there. No? No. Then comes feedback. You see, the customer, in part, plays the potential role of free field worker, providing key feedback to the mothership about how Global is doing.
