The platform is unique and not allow anyone and everyone to apply directly which is a very good point!
As the name suggests it allows only a shortlisted talented pool of candidates to apply. The founder is really awesome and deals every time so calmy and in an understanding manner. Must recommend this platform to everyone who is looking for Job remote/onsite in UAE and beyond!

Supply outstrips demand
It's not easy to find quality tech people in the UAE market. Supply outstrips demand. shortlistd.io is solving this problem by providing a curated pool of people that's been vouched for by like minded peers. I hired the second person I interviewed. I will be a repeat customer.

Experience with shortlistd.io
The recruitment process at Shortlistd.io is impressive. While they don't always have a wide range of jobs for specific skills, the requirements and a seamless interview process are clear. I've been with Shortlistd.io for two months and have seen only two vacancies for FrontEnd Engineers. I hope to see an increase in job postings, but I truly appreciate their hiring process.

I've recently found a new job thanks to the great community on Shortlistd.io and the amazing guidance and help throughout the process from Mr. Adil. The platfom looks nice and easy the follow, sends notifications for every step of the process and keeps you up to date on any changes. The best part probably is the community they have on Slack where fellow engineers/depelopers are sharing the good opportunities. Keep up the good work, this is amazing so far!
