What people say

Do NOT buy anything from this company!

Do NOT buy anything from this company. Their merchandise is cheap Chinese crap. Their website photos make everything look great but when you receive it, it's nothing like advertised. Their descriptions are not accurate or complete. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!

Knitting implament.

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING OFF THIS COMPANY. BLOODY CROOKS. I ORDERED A NITTING ITEM FOR MY DAUGHTER AS A XMAS PRESENT, WELL IT CAME BUT, BUT IT WAS JUST A PIECE OF BAMBOO WITH 3 LARGE SEWING NEEDLED GLUED INTO THE END,????? ABSOLUTE LOAD OF SHIT. AND NOW THEY WILL NOT ANSWER ME.!!!! REFUND YOU DIRTY SCUMBAGS.

Nope Never Again.

Yup.. just like everyone else, got taken for now. I ordered the Floating Earth. Supposed to be enclosed in acrylic shells with magnets and solar powered so that it gives the illusion of floating/turning. Supposed to come with acrylic stand no cords no chargers. What I got? 3D printed globes (looks nothing like the earth I live on) that came in boxes taped together that looked to be drop kicked to the mail box, labeled Planet Lamp. Uhhh nope.. not supposed to be a lamp, came with a usb charger. Again no.. supposed to be solar. Not a bit of acrylic shell in sight so no floating going on unless I learned how to levitate the thing. Does light up and you can tap it 4 times. 3 times to change the light effect and once to turn it off. Included for my enjoyment a wooden stand. Again not acrylic. I emailed them and attached pictures of what they sent vs what they showed on the invoice. If I do not hear back within 48hrs I will contact PayPal and file a complaint/claim with them. If any of these people put half the effort into actually doing a decent job that they do into scamming people they would have a great product but whatever. Some peoples kids….

Zero stars

Zero stars. Should've done my homework on this scam of a site and company. I ordered 4 different things. I got 4 of the same product and 2 were smashed in shipping. Amazed they showed up at all a almost 2 months later. None looked as advertised at all. Now they offer me to pay return shipping myself and a list of requirements, or only get 20% of my money back. I even sent them pictures of what I received. Are they just AI or what? No genuine response. I feel suckered. Don't get sucked in yourselves, huge waste of time and money. Now I'm out the Christmas money for 4 of my family members. Wow... just... wow.

December 2024...Theft

Ordered an item, paid in full including shipping. They sent a completely different (cheaper) item, flimsily packed in a thin cardboard box. Have emailed them five times to get this error corrected. No response. It there were NO stars, or NEGATIVE stars, I would choose that. Do not deal with these people. I believe they are cheats and thieves...or at least that's they way they've treated me. Terrible, awful. Couldn't be worse.

Another absolute Chinese scam

Another absolute Chinese scam ! Wish I had seen these reviews before being caught out . I think it's called a substitution scam and it goes like this - the trader lifts images off other sites (In my case an acrylic earth globe) then puts them up for sale on sites like Pinterest - They take you money then send you something probably worth 10% of what you paid (in my case a plastic fabric covered light ) despite complaining and many e-mails all they offer is a 15% refund and you keep the item (that you never wanted) . The return postage is so expensive £27 I eventually settled for a 30% refund despite requesting they send the item I ordered but they clearly do not have it for sale . Avoid at all Costs !! I am contacting Pinterest to see if the advert can be pulled as they are still advertising the acrylic earth globe and no doubt they will catch many more unsuspecting buyers especially with the run up to Christmas .

This is a total scam

This is a total scam. The "shunnie" tool shown is a triple or quadruple latch hook. The ones I have been sent are ordinary hooks, admittedly all three inserted into one base. It is not easy or quick to use this because of the absence of the latch. Buyer Beware.

This is a scammer site

This is a scammer site - They steal designers photos, name, copyrighted written description then take orders and either don't ship at all or ship them something completely different. I have now heard from several customers thinking I was the one that shipped this when it was not me, it was this company. DO not order the Cordy products from them, they are stealing the name, images, and description straight from my kriskrafter website (and my kriskrafter1 Etsy store). Please use caution and check this out.
