good chair (management needs new people)
Owner seems cool, but the management side of this chair provider seriously needs improvement. I bought a day key on the 12th, and it’s now the 17th still no working key, no replacement, and not a single response from the management team. What’s frustrating is I can see them online for multiple hours, yet they won’t take two minutes out of their day to respond and resolve this simple problem. I spent my money and haven't got nothing in return yet and It feels like upper management just doesn’t care. I am a recurring customer from a very long time ago and I could just be having a bad experience but this just isn't acceptable
