From start to finish Gabe was phenominal in his communication and explanations. Products arrived in perfect order. The booth, graphics were spot on. Beyond happy wish I could give more *'s! No question will use them again when I have tradeshow booth needs!

Before purchasing and submitting artwork I called to speak with someone about this - they told me we could make as many changes to our art, and would have no issues with cancelling. Now we are being told they're taking a 5% fee for cancelling - I wish they had been honest and up-front when I called to ask about this.
This is our 2nd purchase and both times have been a great experience from ordering to shipping!

Great quality product.
Staff was very accommodating even after miscommunications between website, design, and final product.
The staff made every effort to ensure the customers needs were met through product delivery.

I was skeptical about the quality of the display backdrop given that we had a gradient and a transparency over a photo in our background — but the quality of the graphic output was AMAZING. I couldn't believe it. The gradient printed perfectly and the screen over the image did too. No loss of quality at all and the text and image were both crisp and clear. Well done!!!

They flat out lie,
bait and switch and they dont care at all.
The sign win agent on the phone said this is how they get their business.....false adverting? No honor, No Integrity!
I came to buy two 10x20, and two 10x10s The prices were amazing, still more expensive than Alibaba but local provider with shipping quicker than overseas... if true.
Yet, the adds stated "Frame and graphics" for a total cost $610 per tent (10x20) and $2xx for the 10x10s. The true check out price?? Over 3x++ the amount for each tent.
While their ad said "graphics and fabric included" checkout person said "no" tent graphics, they are not included, and "No" there was not one of those stupid liar advertising asterix, letting you know that the big print is a lie, and go check out the smaller print to get the truth.
I asked him to kindly change their misleading ad and they said that they couldn't and wouldn't do it because this is how they get their clients. And they have no control over the software that does the ads (bs) that just unfortunately it's just the way that it shows.
Trust pilot or sign win if you're reading this I took a screenshot of your advertising for record, you have my email asked me to send you a copy....or all you need to do to verify is Google search sign win, as long as they haven't taken their ads down or swapped them, it will show exactly what I've described above.
This review doesn't allow me to upload an image of the lie. But check it out yourself and if they are still false advertising then should write a bad review also.
Don't trust this company, as long as they continue to lie in their advertising do not support this company....they have no integrity!

Thank you for going out of your way to write a review that does nothing but harm our business even though you have never placed an order with us or worked with us.
Our website pricing is set the way it is because most of our orders are from returning clients that only need to purchase graphics or frames only and do not need the entire set. The option to purchase both can be seen on our product page as the frame + graphic option for first time clients and we contact clients as soon as we can when we see orders that are frame only or graphic only to make sure their purchase was intentional.
If you find issues with our pricing, we are more than willing to work with you to find a resolution that benefits us both, such as price matching with another company offering similar products at a price cheaper than ours, but you chose to go out of your way to give us a poor review and ruin the Trustpilot rating we have been working very hard to earn.
If anyone is reading this review, this person called us only one time when we were explaining why our website is setup the way it is and got upset when we told them we cannot give them frame only pricing for the frame + graphic that they needed and hung up on us mid conversation.
