It's been 10 days since I purchased an "in stock" supressor. Where is it? I have never received any shipping information.

Upon review of your order, we are showing that your suppressor was delivered to your dealer on 8/5, and the relevant Form 4 was submitted that same day! At this time, you are just awaiting ATF approval of that Form 4. As for the timeline of events, we are showing the order was placed 7/29 and the compliance review was completed that same day. The necessary Form 3 to transfer your item to your selected dealer was both submitted and approved on 7/30. The shipment occurred on 7/31, and as stated above delivery occurred on 8/5. As soon as the ATF approves your submission, both yourself and your transferring dealer will receive emails from the ATF's eForms system confirming that approval. At that time, you can go pick up your item! Hopefully this assists in clearing up the timeline! Super easy to order a suppressor when you are in the system. They just ship to your FFL, submit your paperwork, and with wait times down, you can get your suppressor within a week or two.
The simplicity of filing the forms is amazing.

Easy to use and the process is not bad at all
Between passwords and not recognizing my original, then going in and changing it, and then having to change again was a bit disturbing at the least. Then to add insult to the ATF forms was no better. First my photo was expired, and thought everything else was good, then had to change my password yet again. Come on government, A suppressor should be just over the counter like a scope, or even ammo. OSHA says you need hearing protection in any environment where there is loud noise. Even mowing a yard, or on the range. So much nicer! We need more K.I.S.S.!

Unbelievable. The customer service was a truly wonderful experience. I had sent an email explaining my situation and an email was sent back immediately. I was then sent the appropriate information the next day, I was unsure about something, called to see what to do next, and a gentleman guided me through it and I was able to file my paperwork. Excellent customer support. Excellent customer service. It should be a template for every business to follow.
Kiosk was great, everything worked fine and easy to follow. The reason for the 4 stars is mostly everything done on the kiosk you have to redo on the email.
