Finally pulled the trigger
I have put off building my rifle for many years because of the atf paperwork. I saw a kiosk at my local gun store and thought I would ask about it. I was thinking of trying to get the fingerprints, photo and notary done and it seemed daunting. 2 of the 3 were done at the local gun shop with the kiosk and it was 100% easier than I thought it would be. The form 1 and form 4 all submitted with about 15 minutes of entry on my part with the local gun shop so familiar with the process that I didn't run into any hiccups along the way. Amazing.

Extremely helpful to navigate the ATF form for process. I found myself very lost and without information all I took was a quick call to Silencer Shop and I was all figured out and submitted and ready to go. They are the best!

Smooth and easy for a first time buyer
Bad customer service, long hold times, just do it yourself.
1. Phone waiting times were about 30mins a pop and I had to do this twice. 2. When I did get a rep on the phone they blamed the local dealer and said they didn’t know what they were doing. 3. I ended up having to be the go-between and put in all the legwork since the dealer and silencershop were not communicating.
