From my point of view whats great about the app is that it identifies what you need to do to loose weight. In my case I needed to drink more water and balance food groups and movement. The app aldo provides direction by providing reading material. All of this provided successful weight loose for me.

I signed up for the Simple program and…was very impressed.
I signed up for the Simple program and was very happy with the overall experience. However, I had some personal issues come up and I had to cancel the program. The cancellation and refund process went very smoothly. In fact, I was shocked how well and quickly the representative handled the entire process. Although I am no longer using the program, I can still highly recommend the program from my weight loss through the customer service experience.

I love this app, it has a friendly chat I get advices from before I cook/eat in order to make my meals better, I love the 10 minute-ish excercise, which made start a morning excercise routine, and I've lost some kilos but will go on till I reach my goal. I really like this app

Difficult to customize - can’t easily add items not on their list ( drinks for example).
Annoying fluffy faces when blinks is scolding.
Analysis of input is negative when it should be positive.
