I felt as though I was talking to a best friend

I was happy with the way the Representative considered my situation at home at the time of our conversation. Patiently he waited until I got the situation under control. Took time to navigate me through the whole process without sounding frustrated. Explained everything to me, gave me advice, let me know to feel free to call should I have further questions.

The agent I spoke with was knowledgeable and very friendly

The agent I spoke with, Almas Alibekov, took his time to explain everything to me thoroughly and he patiently answered all of my questions. He was very knowledgeable and completely prepared for our conversation. He was very friendly and even read aloud to me the most important parts of the documents we were going through which made the review for me go much quicker. I very much appreciated his assistance.
