The two people I spoke with, especially Rhonda Yanez, were extremely courteous and kind. She listened attentively to my situation and offered a very reassuring plan to address my debt. Both people explained the program well and answered my questions efficiently and kindly. Since I’m just getting started, I have no idea how well this will actually work but I’m pleased with everything so far.
