Extremely unprofessional experience…

Extremely unprofessional experience from onboarding/registration through the post course completion process. High pressure sales followed by switching instructors w/o notification, enrolling me in the wrong course, not sending the class log in until late the night before and landing in a class with an instructor who was not able to effectively communicate the knowledge—and missed concepts in the CSM Course Outline established by Scrum Alliance. Simpliaxis registration rep advised would receive the link to the exam immediately following course completion however instructor was “too tired” therefore information was sent the following day. Instructor was polite, personable, good humor, and did well with start/stop times for class, breaks, lunch, etc. This instructor missed the mark. Other classmates also had similar experience, and needed to seek content elsewhere to properly prepare for and pass. Do not recommend Simpliaxis nor this instructor.

Overall I had an amazing experience

Overall I had an amazing experience. Got lots of hands on and the trainer was very friendly and guided us in a way that we can apply those knowledge in our day to day work. Received our certification on time and got good knowledge on the subject. Thanks to simpliaxis and many thanks to my trainer Naveen sir.

I haven't been to any type of training in a very long time. I really enjoyed this training with Karthan, he taught the materials then in order to reenforce the materials, he broke us up into groups to perform real life scenarios applying what we just learned. If you working toward your CSM, I highly recommend Karthan Cariappa!

My training with Rishi was great experience. I highly recommend him for PMP training. Simpliaxis experience was equally good. Just on thing- that I would appreciate if they could share all necessary items like materials, recording, artifacts on time would be highly appreciated. Our class had to figure it out all by ourselves with the help of our instructor Rishi. As only a couple of them got all the details and others were left stranded. Overall a great experience and looking for forward to my exam.
