Waste training company

Waste training company, they don't hire real experienced professional to train. I paid almost 1500$ for the AI related training and they said if I don't like the training I can ask for a refund after 3 classes which I did and now they are denying with some stupid reasons and providing a refund policy document now. Will file a legal complaint including asking for the audio recordings for the calls between me and the company. This is not acceptable and don't fall for their trap. They don't honor what they say and don't trust their reps.

I posted the below review on Trustpilot and the customer service team reached out immediately to resolve this matter. They have now offered a new batch allocation for me to continue my learning. Original review - I had signed up for a course with this company but soon after the commencement our family went through a bereavement. I was not able to follow lessons due to this. When I returned from counselling and requested that I be assigned to a newer batch as new batches start every few months Simplylearn kept asking me to pay 80% of the fees even when I had explained to them that I was in counselling. There is no empathy here, just billing and billing. Try to avoid this institution.

My experience with Simplilearn has been very disappointing. The Account Manager's role seemed limited to collecting the course fee and creating the account. After enrollment, there was no proper onboarding or guidance. No one explained: • How to attend the live classes. • How to use the AZ-104 lab. • How long the lab access would remain valid. • What the lab usage limits were (hours/credits). • When the lab access would expire. During the live training sessions, I did not feel confident about the trainer's technical expertise. Based on my experience, the trainer struggled with several basic administrative tasks during the demonstrations. For example, there were occasions when the trainer was unable to copy files from a local laptop to the server without referring to the lab guide, and at one point appeared unsure where to locate Windows Firewall settings on the server. In several sessions, the trainer frequently referred to written instructions before performing even basic tasks. There were also instances where it appeared that the trainer was consulting ChatGPT to determine the next steps. As a student, this reduced my confidence in the quality of the training. Overall, it often felt that the trainer was following a prepared guide rather than demonstrating hands-on expertise. This made it difficult to distinguish whether the trainer was teaching from practical experience or learning the steps alongside the students. For a professional certification course like AZ-104, I expected a trainer with strong practical knowledge who could confidently explain concepts, troubleshoot issues, and answer technical questions without relying heavily on external resources. The biggest disappointment was the AZ-104 lab. My lab access expired without me being aware that I had reached any usage limit because this policy had never been clearly explained. When I contacted support, I received generic responses and was repeatedly redirected to my Account Manager, who was not responsive. Support tickets remained open for many days without a clear resolution, and I had to follow up repeatedly. Overall, I feel that I spent a significant amount of money but did not receive the level of transparency, lab support, or customer service that was promised. I hope Simplilearn improves its communication, clearly explains lab policies before enrollment, and provides timely support to students facing genuine issues
