Really not sure of whats going on. Placed my order to sell this morning, it'd said it'd go through within fifteen minutes; now its almost midnight. Very frustrated because I've contacted their support twice throughout the day only to get no response.

Dear User, payment to Paypal is always sent immediately. In your case, the payout was waiting for you to sign in to your account and accept it. Customer Support team sent you the notification about that to your mail within 30 minutes after payout. The status of your order is `paid` so obviously you`ve accepted it on your Paypal.
