False/not clear information…
False/not clear information about promotion with free skin after trade, I wouldn't use this website because of high margin except this promotion, but in reality is a gamble chance for skin UP to 20$, they gave me 2$ skin on around 70$ trade lmao, I lost around 10$ on trade. Support doesn't care at all, they sent me a ready text formula and instantly closed my ticket. Very bad first impression, rude treatment for new potentially regular customer.
Reply from SkinSwap.com2026-07-08
Hi Bartłomiej, We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. The promotion is not a gamble and is completely free. Before claiming the reward, it is clearly stated that you can receive a free skin worth up to $20, meaning the value varies and the maximum amount is not guaranteed. Our support team provided the relevant Help Center article explaining how the promotion works and why rewards differ in value. We're sorry to hear this wasn't the answer you were hoping for, but the promotion operated exactly as described. We appreciate your feedback and will continue looking for ways to make this information even clearer for new users.
