I wrote a very negative review yesterday about not receiving return phone calls or emails. This morning, Pam from the company reached out in response via email and a personal phone call. She apologized for lack of prompt responses. I feel it is only fair to correct my review on that account. The reason I contacted "Slime" was because my container expanded and hardened. Pam said she will send me a return label so they can investigate. In turn, she will send me a replacement with "air compressor" only because I now have a Tesla. This car has foam inside the tires for a quiet ride, and not compatible with "Slime". ALSO, Tesla does not have a cigarette lighter to power the version I will return. She will send me a rechargeable portable air compressor, in return. Thank you.

I needed a part that a friend lost…

I needed a part that a friend lost while borrowing my Slime machine. Slime was very cooperative and helpful in shipping the needed part to me. It arrived fairly promptly. I am very appreciative to your company and love my Slime product.

I was originally looking for a replacement hose

While I was originally looking for a replacement hose for my 12 year old SLIME 12v tire inflator, sadly it appears that they don't sell those. So my only option left is to purchase a new inflator and there are many here to choose from that will do the job I'm looking for.,

I purchased a tire inflator and haven’t…

I purchased a tire inflator and haven’t had long. The cord attached to the adapter for the lighter was plugged in and would not. I looked snd sparks were coming from it so I shut off my car and pulled it out. The one wire was completely separated from the adapter. I wrote to your company and receive a response. I sent pictures and Fanassa took care of the problem and said they were sending a new one. I will be very happy when it comes snd I will very very unhappy if that doesn’t happen. Expecting good things and appreciate the very good customer service!!
