While I haven't seen the pictures yet, Gleb was just fantastic. Always willing and wanting to go the extra mile. If I have one complaint - I think the pictures should by default go to a share drive so the customer can see them as well. Sending the pics to BAT and not the customer is not a great experience.

Skeptical? Yes I am, and so doing this on a platform I had never used, in a huge city like New York thousands of miles from home, and for something as special as a Mother’s Day gift! Yes I’d say I was taking a huge risk in my mind but wow this could not have turned out to be a better experience. I for one, look away from professional photography because I always feel scammed in some way, or add on prices for this and that, and so I just don’t do it. This service changed my mind and will continue to use and recommend to others, more and more because of the ease and straight forward approach.
