Snowverb goes hard. The gear is warm, durable, and actually comfortable to ride in all day without feeling stiff or bulky. It handles real mountain conditions no problem, and still looks clean enough to wear off the hill. The fit is on point, the materials feel premium, and you can tell it’s made by people who actually snowboard/ski. If you want snow gear that performs and looks good, Snowverb is it. Highly recommend.

I received a jacket from my boyfriend from snowverb for Christmas after watching my sister fall in love with her snowverb gear, and I am obsessed!! The quality is amazing and it kept me completely warm on the slopes this past weekend!!

I just bought my first ever fit…

I just bought my first ever fit from Snowverb, and I’m honestly so happy with it. The quality completely exceeded my expectations. I got the Women’s All Weather Mountain Chill Reflective Snow Jacket and the Women’s Wild Soul Steeze ParkRider Multi-Pocket Utility Cargo Leopard Snow Pants, and they’re everything I wanted and more. The fit is perfectly baggy, super comfortable, and lightweight, but still keeps me warm all day on the mountain. Nothing feels bulky or stiff — I can move easily and still feel protected from the cold. Plus, the style goes crazy 🔥 I’ve gotten so many compliments already. This is 100% going to be my go-to store for snowboard gear from now on. Snowverb really nailed both performance and style. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase!

Ordered 2 snow pants for my boyfriend & I. 1 pair was OOS after I placed my order but customer service was very timely and accommodating to address the issue. Shipping was pretty fast too. The quality of the pants are perfect!! got so many compliments on them too😍😍😍

Awesome pants, best of the best. Coming from a 20 year old with about 18 years of snowboard experience and I’ve gone through about 20 different pairs of snow pants and these are on top !

1-Star Review I strongly advise against ordering from this company, particularly during the holiday season. Their holiday return policy is extremely misleading and restrictive. The website states they extend returns to 20 days during the holidays, with a note in parentheses: "(orders placed the week before Christmas)." I reasonably assumed this was just an example of the policy period. However, they strictly interpret it to mean the extended returns only apply to orders placed that specific week before Christmas. I ordered snowpants for my daughter, which arrived on December 9th. On December 25th, I contacted them because they didn't fit, only to be told returns were not accepted since the order wasn't placed in the designated "week before Christmas." This is by far the worst customer service I've experienced. Refusing returns on items purchased in early December—clearly intended as Christmas gifts—feels unfair and anti-customer. It's clear this company prioritizes rigid policies over customer satisfaction. Very disappointed and will not shop here again.

Okay so I’m not gonna lie I was so nervous about ordering from them that I almost canceled it but I reached out via instagram dm and they got back to me so fast and helped ease a lot of the nerves and honestly don’t regret ordering from them I loveee my snow suit!

Saw it, bought it, love it, great customer care!

I saw an ad for Snowverb online and although I usually don’t click through and order from ads I was drawn to the overwhelmingly awesome styles and huge selection. I just knew my snowboarding kids (boy and girl) would love something. It took me forever to pick out something for them because I wanted to get them so many items but decided on some baggy mix matched sets. My order took 2 weeks to get to me in Ontario Canada (through snow storms). I of course was impatient and reached out over Facebook to them multiple times in those two weeks and was responded to promptly, with great help, kindness and direction. I will also say I got the clothes exactly when they said I would, I was just impatient Absolute top notch customer service! The snow suits are great quality, warm, keeps them dry, exactly what I ordered and most importantly stylish for my almost grown kids. They get compliments all the time! I will be buying more and will refer everyone to buy from Snowverb!!

Garbage customer service and lie about returns

I bought this jacket as a Christmas present but accidentally ordered the wrong size. On the day it was delivered I started the exchange process as listed on their site. However they would not let me exchange the product even though all the rules they state was followed: I reached out within the time limit, I sent them multiple pictures of the brand new product. But instead of letting me return or exchange all they offered was a giftcard not equal to the value I paid for the jacket. Now I’m stuck with a jacket that won’t fit and a giftcard not high enough to replace the present. I’m now stuck scrambling to find a new present for Christmas. Very disappointed with this brand. DO NOT order from them if you are not confident the product will fit or you might want to return because this process has been long and drawn out and they wouldn’t let me return and wouldn’t tell me why. Reviews are most definitely removed from their site if they are not 4 star and up. Made a review last night and nowhere to be seen this morning.
