I am so thankful that we bought this Sola policy at the advice of our insurance agent. Sola took a couple of days to gather data for weather events and review uploaded images. Within 3 days of our claim approval, funds were direct deposited to our checking account! I'm listening to nail guns overhead as I type. No initial denial, no appeal, just approval after the hail storm. We couldn't be more happy.

Everyone was kind and informative. Very professional, yet relatable to this older lady. Also, I was pleasantly surprised how well you all worked with my insurance company and how fast the payment came.
