Not getting what I was told
I was told 20% of the leads I get would be live transers. I have received 40 leads and not one of them was a live transfer and out of the 10 that I actually was able to contact they said they never asked for anyone to contact them. The person that signed me up was super nice until I asked her about the quality of the leads I was getting. They said that they call all the leads to try to get them HOT and then transfer them, but I received a couple leads with wrong phone numbers, so that proves right there that they are not trying to call the leads. This has been a waste of my money.

Will was great to work with. He made a seemingly very challenging process. Amazingly smooth. We had our house on the market for over a month with no responses and within a week of working with Will, we were discussing closing. Would highly recommend

Leanne is quite professional and did a wonderful job in marketing our house in a very slow and difficult marketplace. She was determined to sell our house and did a very good job to communicate with the sellers on changing and volatile times during the sale. Wish we had her from the start of our home selling.

I was sent a lead that I legally could not contact, notified sold.com many times. After the customer contacting me directly WITH NO CONNECTION to sold.com I still had to pay a referral due to a clerical error

Unprofessional phone scammers
Not sure where they got my information from, but incessant phone calls every 2 minutes. I called back and asked where they were calling from and all she said was "Sold.com. Sold.com. Sold.com" and then hung up. I called back and was repeatedly hung up on and then think I was blocked. Not very professional. I guess they don't like when people call them multiple times. Poor excuse of a business.
