Perfect service + refund experience
I bought a product from their website. Payment and receiving the product went smooth. I accidentally bought a wrong product which was completely my fault. I submitted a ticket to them considering a refund and they gave me multiple options, even a refund (which is rare on the type of product I bought, judging from my experiences with other stores). Even the refund went transparent and smooth. Customer service was a 10/10 for me. Fast replies and no bs.
