Great selection, fast shipping and amazing customer service. Always the first place I look when trying to find a new pedal.
Thank you John. We look forward to working with you again soon! -D
Pedal arrived with expedited shipping and exactly as advertised. This is the 2nd pedal I have ordered from this shop and I will order again. Absolutely recommend.
Thanks Mike! We ship as fast as we're able! -D
Price for Eventide Tricerachorus was very reasonable and shipment was received within a few days. Would not hesitate to buy again from Sound Shoppe NYC.
Thank you "Not Happy" .Glad you're happy! :)
Fast service with an excellent selection of products!
Thanks Dwayne. Pladask coming soon! -D
I give 5 stars right away because I've dealt with them previously. Once again, great packing, on time, and possible because of a payment option. Since hooking it up - the Empty Head Effects Falling Man is incredible. Better sounding than any demo I saw. Indirectly steered towards this brand and this pedal in particular from watching David Torn Videos.
Thanks Jerry! We're going to look into "David Torn" ;) -D
Did a google search, found a half dozen retailers selling the same item (Endless Sleeper V2), but Sound Shoppe NYC had the best price, even factoring in Canadian conversion of dollars and tariffs and taxes to import. With the cost of gas and food going up, you need to save money wherever you can!
Thanks Daniel. Endless Sleeper is a wonderful catch. -D
Great customer service, fast shipping and a great selection. This is the store I check first when a new pedal I’m interested in comes out.
Thanks Bob. We don't have all the pedals but we have the best! -D
Bought a pedal online from Sound Shoppe and have no complaints. I don’t think they have a physical store. There was a handwritten thank you note with my pedal. I’d definitely shop here again. Thanks
Hi Patrick. Thanks for the review! You are correct. Just an ecomm. Low overhead = low prices :) -D
Fast and efficient--would not hesitate to order again!
Ooo "Efficient". Thanks Margaux! -D

Sound Shoppe was great. I bought a newly released Empress guitar pedal from them. I picked them because they offered very quick shipping, and they did indeed.ship it free and quickly. With a nice personal touch in the box! Great alternative to the big music gear stores!
Thank you for the kind review. Hopefully we'll see you again soon! -Dave
