We are very pleased with the new windows purchased through Southern Siding. We can feel the difference as the house is cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter keeping the outside air where it belongs. I love the ability to fold them in to wash both sides from the inside of the house, all personnel we dealt with were knowledgeable, and courteous, taking time to answer our questions. The installation was done In a timely manner and they cleaned up all debris from the old windows. We will definitely use them again.

Professional and knowledgeable

The Southern Siding Team was thorough and professional. This was the first major project that I’ve had done and the outcome exceeded my expectations. The only thing I would improve is the lead time between when I approved/hired them to do the job and installation. It took about 6 weeks for my shower to be ready for installation. (Which they informed me about) The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and very professional while working in my home. I would use Southern Siding again without hesitation.

Southern Siding sent out the sales rep to demonstrate their windows. He showed up when he said he would be here. Did a good presentation on the window Southern Siding was going to sell and installation. Signed contract and the windows were installed on time by the best installers they have. Father and son team. Worked steady and cleaned up site at the end of each day and at end of job. No problems with their product, salesman or installation. Would recommend them highly.

The Southern Siding & Window Company…

The Southern Siding & Window Company installed gutters on my entire home. I did not have to be home for the installers to place the gutters, and they cleaned up behind themselves. They were installed very professionally. They are practically invisible. Yet they complement my house. Actually because the installers finished and cleaned any debris from around my house before I returned home, I remembered gutters were installed after two days. At first I thought they did not show up, but I walked around my house and I was pleased. Most importantly, the areas where I needed rain to redirect is resolved. Although, I did not get to meet the installers, I was please with the politeness and customer service of the sales reps.

Since we had Southernsiding windows, we have seen a great improvement in quality of heating and cooling systems in our home. We have also s a a reduction in our heating bills. The company was very professional and prompt in explaining the functions of the windows. The installation was timely and so was the clean up afterwards. Enjoying our new windows and extra pennies. LOL

Best value for your money

I reviewed windows with several Sales Reps, discussed the pros and cons of what to look for in insulated window, from the RV blocking factor to just the overall energy savings and warranties. Southern Siding and Windows have the best product and warranty. They only make one grade window, they don't try and sell you a subpar product. After the sale, a Southern Siding Rep comes out and measures all your windows. It took about three weeks to get my windows made and scheduled to install. I have a large house and replaced about twenty windows. The installation team was professional, replaced all my windows the first day and the second day they installed the trim, caulked and then we walked through a final inspection together. Before departing I was given the warranty information and contact phone numbers.

Beautiful Windows,and energy efficient I've already noticed the difference in the electrice bill . My installer did a great job and rechecked the calking to be sure they where sealed

We are enjoying our new windows and the energy bill savings! The installation process went well. The installers were very nice & polite. The only issue was that some of the glue was not completely removed from window panes. Jean
