Completely negative first experience!

Completely negative first experience! 1. I chose faster delivery, for which I paid an extra 10.85 Eur, but two weeks later, when I contacted the seller, it became clear that the product had not been sent at all. 2. I received the product after a month, as it should have been with standard delivery. 3.I received the wrong part.

No order confirmation, no communication, possible scam

I placed an order 3 days ago, money has left my account but I didn't receive a confirmation email so I began to worry. I've emailed several times and requested my money back within the 24hour period as I feared that this was a scam. I still have not heard anything, can someone please get in touch with an update if you see this!? It's possible this site may not be legit as none of their communications work.

Item advertised and purchased wasn't in stock

I was annoyed to find out the item I purchased was out of stock. It would've been a much more pleasant experience if this was indicated before I went through the effort of making an online transaction. What made the experience better than some of the other online stores is that my money wasn't debited from my account before letting me know that the order couldn't be completed.

The screen I got sent didn't have the right connectors. Wrong model. On my question how it could be replaced to a correct one I never got an answer. Poor service.
