Product I ordered was on back order…

Product I ordered was on back order when it arrived at sparkfun they did not ship it to me. I live in a nursing home and don’t have a way to go to Longmont to pick up my order. I will not order from sparkfun again.

I have reviewed your account and the communications you had with our Customer Support team and it appears there may have been some confusion on the shipping method requested vs what method would work the best. Once our Support Representative updated the order, it was shipped within 1-2 business days and appears to have arrived today. Hopefully that is accurate and we do hope you've received your products.
