I bought a thing

I bought a thing, and they shipped me the thing. The only negative expeirence is getting emails after to leave reviews. Ef off with that companies. If you be good, we will let you know, if you be bad, you better beleive we WILL tell you! Stop the automated "leave us a review email" already. Or like, include that shiz in the order confirm email, 1 email. That is all I expect or want when I buy a thing, and it tells me what i bought, how much it was, the tracking number, and when it should arrive. This is the last free review you get. Take my effin advice, everyone feels the same way! Be the chamge you want to see Sparkfun, be the good change!

Great quality, Sweet selection, of stuff you needed.

Prices are a little high, but so is the quality. Their policy of listing old discontinued products is frustrating, it's like dangling nice sweet candy in front of my face, and then saying, look, you just missed out by a few years. suck it! Yeah, that's right, they have what you need, or if not, they made the perfect item you need now, years ago and it's now is continued. suck it! I've bought from them several times over several years. I've never had a bad experience. I can't remember the orders or delivery times and products, all I remember is a good feeling and I would order again. I hope you have just as good experience.

Not spark fun’s fault directly

Not spark fun’s fault directly, but I still have not received my order. UPS has been looking for the package for a week. It was schedule for delivery 6/10. Still don’t have it. Spark fun should consider using fed ex or even USPS. Such a small part should have been to me in 3-5 day not 3 weeks.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. I appreciate your candor and apologize this has been your experience. As you mention, we unfortunately don't have any control over the product once the carrier picks the part up but we can work with our carriers to better understand what causes delays to try to prevent them on our end. Since this order was eligible for free shipping, I understand the other options weren't attractive which makes perfect sense. We do also take suggestions like this to review our internal processes and partners to see if we should make changes so thank you from that perspective as well. Hopefully, in the future, your experiences go more smoothly. We do really appreciate this feedback and we plan to share with our carrier and see if there is anything we can do on our end to resolve the delivery issue. Apologies again that your package has yet to be delivered and the experience was far from what we aspire to. Thank you again for the feedback.
