Loan approval was fast. Customer care was amazing.
This process was so quick and painless
This process was so quick and painless. I applied and was approved in less than 3 days. Even with having to resubmit some documentation the whole process could not have been easier. I appreciate payments being directly sent to creditors for my consolidation and had no problems accessing all documents/information needed. Would absolutely recommend.
Easy but lengthy process
The online application process was easy but lengthy. I was asked for different types of documentation every other day for at least two weeks. It would have been a smoother process and less frustrating if I'd have known what the company required initially.
Was mislead a bit
Was mislead a bit. Kinda figured there was a catch. I called back after I got the loan. Which I asked before hand if I paid extra if it would go to principal amount each month. Said it would just go towards the next months payment. I suck at math. So maybe the same difference I guess! Very easy to deal with though. Would recommend.

More steps than I imagined
While I did end up getting financed, it took multiple steps of income verification. I understand verifying income but tell me upfront all documentation needed. Every time I submitted documentation they needed additional documents.
