This is a repeat order of 1000 rounds of Win ammo. I was charged $19.99 for select shipping (2-3 business days) and they have NOT shipped after 6 days--they are closed on Sat. There is NO communication from them about the order. I should have learned from the first order of their poor customer service. Do not order anything from Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore! They are the very worst gun/ammo site on the entire innernet!
The product was delivered on time and in good condition. I love the look of this 1851 Navy black powder pistol. However I have had some issues. The nipple wrench is junk. I purchased another on fro traditions and it was junk as well. The tiip of the wrenches broke off when trying to remove the nipples for cleaning. So I have now ordered on from a different manufacturer in the hope I can get the nipples removed
For those who are wondering, like I was, if these guys are a legitimate business, the answer is emphatically yes. My firearm was shipped to my FFL faster than the big box retailers transfer firearms between their own stores. The quality was top notch. The gun was clearly brand new and not a restocked return that had blemishes or evidence of use. I wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

I've placed several online orders with Sportsman's Outdoor Superstore, mainly for pistol ammunition. I've found them to be a trusted source for ammunition and other firearm-related items, like magazines and cleaning supplies. Reasonable prices and shipping costs, orders have been shipped in a timely manner, and well-packaged for long distance transport. Received in a few days in great condition. Keep up the great work!

Fantastic Experience... After hearing about some other online stores no so great customer service I decided to try these guys due to other online reviews. It was wonderful - order prepped the next day - picked up by FEDEX the following day - and to my FFL three days following... Incredible And the $269. price for a $500. 30 Super Carry blew the socks off my FFL - they had it at $509.
