Could not redeem and was verified before the redemption but wanted verification again and then I had to put in several tickets no response so SCAM SCAM SCAM but they let me deposit with no problem just took my money!!!

This site sucks, don't waste your time. I've played many social casinos and this is possibly the worst experience I've had using one. I've never had a social casino ask for so much information and the verification process alone took almost a week. I REPEAT! THE VERIFICATION PROCESS, NOT THE REDEMPTION PROCESS!! Only for them to tell me they need the identity of someone who's on my joint bank account, that's ridiculous, never has that happened to me. Especially because I was only trying to redeem a gift card. I was never even shown an option for redemption after a whole week of playing, absolute trash.
