Great sample pack
I have enjoyed the soup sample pack I received. I like being able to try out multiple products before picking one as my go to. My daughter and I chose the rose walnut exfoliating soap as our favorite but the lemon is a close second. The lip balms sold are my absolute favorite so far but can only be shipped in cooler months. Keep an eye our for those!

Great job on the miyuki western braclet. Disappointed it took so long to receive via USPS, almost 2 weeks. Recommend a priority mail option in the future. My wife loves the bracelet.

I never actually received the items I ordered, and the seller never responded when I reached out. I also struggled to get someone who works for Spouse-ly to assist, and I ended up having to wait until a representative from Spouse-ly emailed me and I was able to get a response, but this happened over two months after my order.

Custom Embroidering
I wanted to have my son's flight helmet bag custom embroidered as a gift for his promotion to Captain, USMC. I discovered Spousely offered the service and immediately reached out to confirm they could provide the custom embroidering I was hoping for. I received a response within a day. And was put in touch with the individual that would be providing the custom embroidering service. After a couple emails, explaining exactly what I wanted and providing an example, I received a mock-up for me to approve. Seeing the mock-up was key in making me feel confident I would be happy with the result. Once I approved the mock-up, a shipping label with tracking was provided to me. The whole process went smoothly! They deserve and EARNED the 5 Star Rating in SERVICE. The end product is Outstanding as well and Earns a 5 Star Rating! I am so please with the craftsmanship. The custom embroidered bag turned out exactly what I wanted. It's absolutely perfect, and I can't wait to see my son's face when he opens his gift! I highly recommend Spousely, and I am sure I will use them again in the future.
