I had an issue with validating SSL…
I had an issue with validating SSL certs using DNS records. but Henry made it possible by resetting within a minute to reconfigure the order to validate domain with different method.

Chat support was very effective.
The online chat support was very effective. The link in the email didn't work, but the chat person, Andy, sent a new link to validate. The new .crt file arrived. It had been a year, and the chat person guided me to the menus and process. He even suggested a more efficient way to distribute the SSL certificate using .pfx files.

Very helpful support - I have to install about 4 certificates a year and most of the time I manage to muddle my way through but needed help this time from support who were knowledgeable and patient. They do also have very good help docs.
