Do not use this company!!!
I didn’t get what I ordered and was overcharged for it. Then when I asked about it, I was told that my order would be remade. However, instead of making things right, my emails are no longer being answered. No correction on the signs, and no refund for the overcharge. Super poor customer service!! Do not recommend!!!

Hi Angie, I’m truly sorry to hear you feel this way. 💜 I do want to clarify a few details for anyone reading: your order was approved as single-sided during the proofing stage, but when you realized you had wanted double-sided, I immediately offered solutions. I offered to refund the accidental overcharge and also offered to reprint a new set of signs for you at no extra cost, while allowing you to keep the original set (a $275 value) so your team would not go without. You chose to receive a reprint so that is what happened. I have been replying to your emails and addressing your concerns as quickly as possible. Eliza makes it happen!!! I had a HUGE order. The signs came within a WEEK once we finalized the designs! I could not be happier. She was amazing. I contacted her all times of the day and night with questions and she always answered in a way that made me not feel like a bother. I would 100% recommend!
