The service is actually very good - you’ll most likely get exactly what you paid for. But the idea that prices are lower than RSI’s is no longer true: the markups on everything are astronomical these days. For example, an item with a melt value of $15 will likely cost you around $50.
No issues, works as expected. Great selection and good prices.
I was very hesitant to purchase , this hesitancy however was misplaced . The service described and promptness of delivery proved that the commitment to the client was first priority, it is with confidence and pleasure that I will be doing business with Star Hangar in the near future.
Over all a great experience. I wish it didn’t take 6-24 hours when purchasing to receive what you purchased. But other than that it went smoothly.
My purchase was extremely easy to make and it was delivered to me in about 5 minutes. I'll definitely use Star-hangar.com again.
Delivery was pretty fast. Have used Star hangar several times now and have always been satisfied. I am usually careful to only buy from vendors with high ratings, and they always come through.
I was extremely apprehensive about purchasing any RSI Star Citizen product from 3rd party provider, however they had a seller who had the exact ship and warranty level that I wanted. This ship was no longer available within the RSI website. I took the risk and am very happy with how it all turned out. Received my order exactly as described within 5 hours, well under the 24 hour turn around time promised on the site. Will definitely be heading to Star Hanger again for future purchases.
I want to be honest: I never leave reviews, but I feel compelled to do so. I’m from Argentina, and a friend recommended this site for buying ships. To be honest, I was skeptical due to the scams online, but I decided to give it a chance and was pleasantly surprised. I paid with my card without any issues and received my purchase within 15 seconds. I would definitely buy here again—it might sound like a cliché, but it’s 100% real.
I have used this website multiple times to trade in-game items with other players. There has been no issues with payments or with the delivery of such items. Would recommend star hangar over other methods. I cant talk about their customer service, since luckily, I haven't had the need to reach for it.
I was extremely nervous as this was a big purchase item on a third party site with 4th party sellers. However both the website security garuntees and good reviews convinced me to give it a shot and now I'm extremely happy. I was able to grab an M2 Hercules on a good price and it came through within 20 minutes. No issues with retrieval and been flying it nonstop since.
You're definitely getting what you're paying for, in every sense. On my most recent orders I've been receiving my stuff within minutes, which is really impressive considering the business model. Always happy to recommend SH to those looking for secure trades!
