Well, I wouldn't exactly call it great. The misnomer of saying it works with any phone is misleading. Android doesn't have a magnetic surface for the HyperMount to adhere to. You must permanently attach a steel ring to the backside or have a case that has a metallic surface for it to work. As far as mounting the HyperMount to any surface, this is absolutely perfect. It is the strongest vacuum mount I've experienced. So we have a 50/50 product for use with an Android. Overall, I'm giving it 4 stars for quality, and performance.

Shipments have all been timely and arrive in great condition. Great product quality products. The little tab on the HyperMount (Gen 2) is a GREAT idea; makes it MUCH easier to remove the mount to move it. I'll have to figure out how to hack my older HyperMount to add a similar tab :-) .

Good product. I had a little product problem with it, but it was resolved by customer service. Customer service should have a telephone number. All that texting (4 days) was ridiculous.

I had bought the magnetic charging cables and plug ins several years ago. I used them for my phone, my tablet, my hearing aides everything I charged regularly. I loved them. After time my cords stopped working as good as original. It used to take a couple of hours to recharge my phone or tablet, and it had gotten to where I could have one charging over night and it would still not be completely charged. So I decided to replace my plug ins and cords. I inadvertantly ordered the wrong cords. When I notified your company they were extremely helpful in helping me find exactly what I truly wanted. The wrong cables I kept because my son could use them. Thank you for all your help.

I just want to start off saying the product itself its perfect! I love it, my phone sticks to it on its own and it holds my phone no matter how hard I may turn the car. However, to get the product is where the problem is. It took wayyyy too long to finally come. Granted, they were out of stock and waiting for a new shipment, and they communicated this info but I was so irritated waiting for it. Aside from the minor shipping complications, I LOVE IT!!!!
