I am impressed Skyfluence has identified my health patterns and determine the lack of sun and sleep has increase stress levels and the lack of socializing has changed my mood. Even though I exercise weekly and participate with relaxation exercises such as yoga and mental mindfulness I have some levels of stress and low energy.
