Typical pricing compared to their competitors, but I really dislike that they make their payment processing through stripe.com whom itself have 1.5 stars rating on trustpilot. If this website changes to a more secure payment company type, this is an easy 5/5 stars.

I suggest to contact your crypto provider to see if you can retrieve the funds from them.

this shit doesn't work the profile is public trade offers came but it says Failed to load trade information and on their own website it says trade sent in green I tested three times 2 came in red

If you navigate to this page: https://steamlevelup.com/balance, you can see your balance was automatically credited as on-site balance.
Steam servers have cleared up however and trading is now working again!
Please navigate to the landing page, put in your desired level and continue to replacing your order. As you already have on-site balance, you will not be prompted to pay again and it will use your balance directly.
