Best School
Hands down the best school I have ever been apart of! I just graduated the CCMA program, got a position at an urgent care before school ending, and confident that I will pass the NHA exam! Had one of the best teachers as well! Highly recommend!

My experience with Stepful was wonderful. I'm not gonna lie, I signed up on a whim, to better mine and my family's future. Reading the reviews, made me nervous but my experience, has been nothing but a godsend. Stepful has always been consistent and present through the whole experience. Like life, communication is key. As long as you stay consistent and communicate, they will work with you. Without my teacher and advisor, I don't think I could've mentally handled it.

I am writing to express my frustration…
I am writing to express my frustration regarding the lack of support in securing an externship. Had I known beforehand that the school's assistance is limited. I would not have enrolled here. I expected a program that offers hands-on skills training and active assistance in securing placement. Providing only contact details does not offer the level of support students need to succeed.
Busy life, no problem Stepful is key.
Stepful is truly a program design for busy people. I loved the flexibility when it came to homework, I loved the extra credits, and the clinical portion of my class. My teachers were great, and overall the compassion and care given to each student by Stepful staffs is unmatched. I really believe Stepful has cracked the code to online education, I can't wait! for my next journey with them. If you're on the fence don't be, have an open mind, communicate your needs and I quarantee you they will be met.

My instructor was Great
My instructor was Great! But this program is too expensive and you can’t get a hold of a live person by phone or email. For what you pay they should at least cover your NHA exam or reimburse not just $30 for the $160 exam if you pass your test.
The Coach has been amazing
The Coach has been amazing. She has been very attentive and has answered all our questions to the best of her ability. This course has been very convenient and I have been able to work and attend class without any interruption, Creating a perfect work, school and life balance. I am very satisfied with finding this program.

So far this has been an amazing experience. My teacher Miss Judith is the best, she goes into full detail and helps break things down so that we understand. She also provides us opportunities to ask questions. As far as stepful teams and coaches they are so top tier as well, when I say they have been so helpful all across the board they have. Thank You for all your help! I can’t wait to see you all at the finish line!!

I would give Stepful a five star rating. It is a wonderful and remarkable school program to go through the instructors that I have Mr. Collins he is very well. He teaches us a lot. He helps us to understand everything and he breaks it down to us where we can understand it on our level and also give us examples how it would be in the real world in Pharm Tech setting Stepful works with you. they understand that things in your life do happen and they are there for you and I really appreciate you all and I will recommend you all to anyone that is looking for a school to attend to complete a program whether it is pharmacy tech medical assistant, dental assistant, whatever it may be.
