Everyone was very personable and obviously cared about all of the students success. A lot of information was provided by the coaches and teams along with extra help which aided in my success in finding a job.

I had a great experience with Stepful . The enrollment process was straightforward, the staff was responsive and helpful, and the program was easy to follow. Whenever I had questions, I received support quickly, which made the experience much less stressful. What made my experience with Stepful so great was the flexibility in scheduling which allowed me to still work and be hands on with me children. The staff are very helpful and supportive . Whatever i need help with they’re there. Am able to take test multiple;e to gain more knowledge and practice . They step you up for Great success by having you practice skills, ai simulations to get you comfortable with doing patient intake .

The curriculum is extensive and program very student friendly. I was able to go through it with full time work schedule. Going through externship training was like acting out a script that was earlier rehearsed.
Happy To Have This Experience
Everything that we are able to have access to for us to be successful and advance in a career is great. Having this opportunity is the best thing anyone could do for themselves. When Stepful was created I believe that people such as myself was who the company had in mind when they created this program. The staff is great my classmates are the best and I enjoy the community group because we can connect with other people from different countries and states.

Great Program
The 8 week PCT program is short, but extremely informational. There are weekly NHA study guides and exam practice that were available throughout and after program completion. The career coaches are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They provided guidance on the how to apply, interview, and communicate with recruiters. The response time was amazing, and they were positive, encouraging, and kind.
The coordinators were awful
The coordinators were awful! The program itself was easy and the externship process was smooth. I think it has potential but it’s not quite there yet. Also if you’re doing pharmacy technician I really recommend just applying for an apprenticeship through the retail stores directly because you’re gonna pay like almost 2k in the end and have to work 130 hours for free when there are people out there getting PAID to do the exact same thing.

My learning experience has been a pleasure through Stepful . My instructor has been clear with the lessons and explains how to work through the assignments that's given everyday . Along with the videos that explains each daily lesson.

I am so grateful to Stepful,right from the instructor to the coaches everybody has been working diligently to help me climb the ladder.They keep encouraging me to forge ahead and that has really boosted my confidence of becoming a pharmacy technician.

Stepful pharmacy technician program was amazing, thanks to my professor. Her instuction of all lessons were understandable and gave wonderful help when it came to exams and tips on how to study and remember some key information. I love the self paced assessments and exams. Thank you Stepful for helping me achive my goal in health care.
