It looks like your files were in RGB and we print in CMYK, in the future you can upload your files in CMYK and those will be most print accurate! You can also reach out to customer service with photos of the stickers received and we will gladly assist with this!

Hi, We are so sorry your QR link did not work! Unfortunately since we do not generate the QR code on our end, that is on the customers side to generate the working link. However, someone from our team will reach out to reprint this for you to receive a readable code!

Hi, We are so sorry about this! I see our team addressed the concern of the pixeled look of the file and that is why they are not printing crisp/a little blurry. As for the freebies, these are free sheets we include with orders, however, once we run out of them we start the next month so that is why they may be missing sometimes. If you reach out we can always see if we have any extras lying around to send out or send over the discount code we send on them!
