I ordered 2 oil filters for what were said to be for a Citroen ds special the ones I got were not correct. I was refused return because 30 days had elapsed(45 days). Although they misrepresented the item.

shipping was SLOW. Could have been shipped faster for cheaper with post office, but these people probably don't pay any shipping on individual items, probably a monthly flat rate or something. Oh yeah...a $1 charge for "route protection", what is THAT crap??? just another way to scam more money from people. but I guess when they have the part you need (which was a stupid 2 pin connector for $37, that alone pisses me off), you gotta bend over and take it. what else you gonna do?
